Dear guests, together with giving them the most cordial welcome and given our interest in offering a quality service, tranquility and respect for all those who visit us, we allow ourselves to elaborate some rules of healthy coexistence to make your stay as warm and pleasant possible.

  • The hotel reserves the right of admission
  • The guest must register on arrival by providing the passport and immigration paper in case of being a foreigner or the identity card in case it is a national passenger.
  • Although for health reasons we do not accept the entry of pets, if we accept guide dogs or assistance animals prior coordination with the hotel.
  • It is not allowed to enter the hotel with firearms, explosives, flammables, narcotics or similar substances.
  • Smoking is not allowed in any of our facilities.
  • CHECK IN is at 3 pm and CHECK OUT at 12 noon, however, luggage may be kept at the hotel while the passenger requires it. In case you want early check in or late check out please let us know in advance to confirm feasibility, however, it is a service with extra costs.
  • The visits to the hotel rooms are strictly forbidden, the meeting with people outside the hotel can be made in the cafeteria or in the common areas of the hotel.
  • Breakfast hours for hotel passengers are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
  • The cleaning hours in the rooms will be between 10 and 14 pm, in case the passenger stays at the hotel they will be asked for authorization to access their room, in case the service declines it will be postponed for the next day.
  • The guest can make their stay, coffee shop or showcase payments in cash (Chilean money or dollars), credit or debit card or electronic transfer. The daily value of said currency will depend on the observed dollar published in the official newspaper and the return will be delivered in Chilean money according to the aforementioned change. The hotel reserves the right to approve or reject the dollars according to their condition.
  • The valuables must be kept by the passengers in the security boxes arranged in each room for that purpose with a key defined by the user.
  • Children under 4 years can stay with their parents using existing beds with breakfast. About that age there are triple rooms for the passengers’ comfort. Only minors are allowed accompanied by their parents or a tutor.
  • The total amount of the stay must be paid at the time of the CHECK IN and the extras backed by the signed orders may be paid at the time of CHECK OUT.
  • Any suggestion can be registered in the book that reception has for such effect.
  • Reception will notify the guests in case of forgotten objects and values ​​to organize the shipment by the passenger. The client has a period of up to 30 days to execute the shipment request, otherwise it will be considered that it does not require it.
  • By environmental policies of the hotel towels will be changed every third day unless the passenger leaves it on the floor, if so will be delivered a new one.
